By virtue of Articles 2 a of the Constitution the Building and Other Construction Workers Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service Second Ordinance, promulgated on 27th March, would have also ceased to operate with effect from 4th July, In the absence of such information, it is difficult to fix responsibility or to take any corrective action.
